I walked in to get my shake and was promptly greeted by a smiling young man, and when I said I was here from milkshake, a smiling young lady popped her head around the corner with it in hand. I complimented how delicious the milkshake was and the young lady pulled another lady next to her, tucked her under her arm, and said, This is the lady who made your shake! To which she smiled and said, I make every shake with lots of love, so I hope you enjoy! Thank you, Earlene! You are appreciated! I thanked all of them and complimented them. This is the type of customer service that is practically nonexistent these days, and this type of customer service makes me want continue coming back to this location. Also! “ When my family and I need to make time for a quick chattime break, what we will do is meet at Shake Shack. So far, weve been satisfied with whatever weve ordered except for the hibiscus tea would be out almost every time. And I think theyve discontinued it, not sure. But on one of our visits, I took a picture of my daughters fires simply because I wanted to share a photo of the bacon, real bacon and not just a few little pieces of bacon. Impressive. I go for the teas and the chicken sandwich, but I think it is a good casual meetup and eat location. ”
